To ensure that the blaster will be ready, we are asking the community for funding to finance the professional completion of this system including setting the system up in a testnet environment and conducting a full test of its capabilities in the weeks leading up to the test.
Money will also be spend improving the portals and ensuring that we have adequate facilities in place to manage the tracking and reporting of all transactions made during the stress test.

On the 10th of November 2018, the Stress Test team will launch a public test of our transaction blaster. Our goal is to send 1,000,000 transactions in approximately 2 hours to demonstrate the capability of our back end system. To do this, we are seeking an additional 5BCH from the Bitcoin Cash community.
Any purchaser of a Gold or Silver sponsorship package will have the right to request an overview of the test program including planning and our test program leading up to the test, current status of the systems being used, and will be able to perform smaller scale public tests to validate the systems. The stress test team will also have a private testnet running through which we plan to demonstrate a full 24 hour test at a running rate of 1 million tx/hour.
Any funds raised over and above what is needed to achieve our target of 1 million transactions per hour for 24 hours will be used to extend the duration of the test beyond 24 hours.
While the test is being run professionally, we acknowledge that things do not always go right in public and will endeavour to ensure that transactions are send on a best effort basis. Any funds not disbursed as mining fees within the timeframe of the test plus 24 hours will be returned pro-rata to the test donors on a best effort basis.
Sponsors who purchase transaction tranches or give money through other means do so under the explicit understanding that funds will not be returned unless the test fails to generate the on-chain traffic it is attempting to create. Once received, funds will not be refunded excepting under the circumstance of test failure.
